Denise has been coming to her cabin on White Sand Lake since she was a child. She has been on the WSLA Board since 2007.
Diane Barghini
Secretary
Diane and Rick joined the White Sand Lake community in 2025, drawn by a shared love of the outdoors and everything lake living has to offer. The two enjoy fishing, spending time in nature, and exploring the area with their dog. They’re happy to call White Sand Lake home and look forward to getting to know their neighbors.
Connie Winter

Connie and her husband, Jim, built their cabin on the lake in 1999. They have enjoyed many years coming to the lake with their son, Stewart. Connie and Jim are retired dentists. They are loving being grandparents to their two grandchildren.

Frank Vanker
Assistant Landing Operations
Frank Vanker and his wife Mary Vanker have been coming to White Sand Lake for more than 25 years, and they have maintained a home on the Lake for almost 20 years. Their daughter is Katharine Vanker. Frank and Mary are from River Forest, Illinois, and they divide their time between Illinois and Wisconsin.
